中井健団委員長は、３月３日（月）１５：００より開催された、日本オールドスカウトクラブ（以下NOSCと表示）第２７回リモート交流会に参加しました。

中井団健委員長は、２月２６日（水）、スカウティングアメリカ極東連盟OAアワニコチャプター顧問のジャスティン・ウェントワース氏の２月２８日（金）、２９日（土）に開催予定のOAオディールの会場として源河野営場が使用できないかと源河野営場の調査に慟哭しました。
On February 26 (Wed), Scout Group Tomigusuku 1 Committee Chairman Mr. Ken Nakai accompanied at the investigation by Mr. Justin Wentworth, advisor to the Scouting America Far East OA Awaniko Chapter, into whether the Genkawa Campsite could be used as the venue for OA Odrdeal, which is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 28th and Saturday, February 29th.


調査結果、オーディール会場としての使用は無理だとの結論になりました。
The survey was guided by Mr. Joji Tamaki (Genka campground Ranger) and Mr. Ken Nakai (Counciler for Okinawa Council, SAJ, BSA Far East Council Innternational Representative, and OA Vigil Member).
After an investigation it was determined that the campsite was unsuitable for camping due to heavy rain damage and therefore could not be used as the venue for the ordeal

しかし、源河野営場の被害状況を目の当たりにしたジャスティンさんは、調査結果をOAアワニコチャプター会議持ち帰って、OAが4月か5月に復旧作業をするよう討議すると表明しました。
However, after seeing the damage at the Genka Campground with his own eyes, Justin-san said that he decided to take the results of his investigation back to the OA Awaniko Chapter Meeting and discuss having the OA members will do restoration work in April or May.  

中井健団委員長は、２月２２日（土）、日本時間午前９：００、ホテル・ニュー・山王（東京）をキーステーションとして、沖縄、東京、横須賀、厚木、ソウル、北京、台北、マニラ、シンガポール、オーストラリア、インド、ハワイ、アメリカ本土等をコンピュータで結び、対面とインターネット会議方式（ZOOM）のハイブリッドで下記の通り開催された「スカウティングアメリカ極東連盟（ダグ･ハイマス連盟長）理事会」に同連盟国際担当理事として、参加しました。

アメリカボーイスカウト極東連盟は、２月３日（月）、オンラインでスカウティングアメリカ極東連盟地区再編成説明会を開催し、「これまでのアジア東地区、アジア西地区、アジア中央地区、アジア南地区を再編し、下記の３地区再編する」と発表しました。
On February 3 (Mon), the Far East Council, Scouting America held an Online briefing regarding the reorganization of the Far East Council’s districts, and announced that "the Existing Asia East, Asia West, Asia Central, and Asia South districts will be reorganized Into the following 3 districts."
A地区（仮称）：①地区本部所在地東京、②管轄国：日本本土、オーストラリア、フィジー、フィリピン、台湾（５カ国）
B地区（仮称）：①地区本部所在地沖縄、②管轄国：日本（沖縄）、カンボジア、インド、インドネシア、マレーシア、ネパール、シンガポール、タイ（９カ国）
C地区（仮称）：①地区本部所在地韓国、②管轄国：韓国、中国、香港、モンゴル、フィリピン、台湾（４カ国）
District A (tentative name): ① District Headquarters located in Tokyo, ②Countries under jurisdiction: Mainland Japan, Australia, Fiji, Philippines, Australia, Fiji, Philippines, Taiwan (5 countries)
District B (tentative name): ① District headquarters located in Okinawa, ② Countries under jurisdiction : Japan (Okinawa), Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand (9 countries), District C (tentative name): ① District headquarters located in South Korea, ② Countries under jurisdiction : South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Mongolia,
Philippines, Taiwan (4 countries)

それに伴い仮称B地区は、２月２０日（木）、午後８時より、ZOOMを使用して新地区第１回会議を開催しましたので、中井健団委員長は参加しました。
Accordingly, District B held the first meeting of the new District on February 20 (Thu) from 8:00 pm using ZOOM,
and Scout Group Tomigusuku 1 committee chair Mr. Ken Nakai participated.

中井健団委員長と宇良あんぬ団委員は、２月２２日（土）、末日聖徒イエスキリスト教会那覇ワード（那覇市曙）において開催された、沖縄スカウトクラブ２月度定例会に参加しました。

豊見城1団は、２月１６日（日）午前、中城公園（北中城村）において、野外料理作りをしました。
Pack Tomigusuku 1 held an outdoor cooking activity at Nakagusuku Park (Kitanakagusuku Village) on the morning of Sunday, February 16th.


この日のメニューは、香港ボーイスカウトOBで豊見城１団団委員のアンガス・陳さん紹介の提案の香港ボーイスカウトの野外料理の①卵入り焼き（オレンジ、ジャガイモ、トマト、玉ねぎ）、②ツイストパン、③段ボール箱オーブンによるローストチキン）、④スープ。
The menu for the day was outdoor cooking proposed by Mr. Angus Chan, a former Boy Scout of Hong Kong and a committee member of the Scout Group Tomigusuku 1 Committee, and consisted of 1) baked egg in orange, potato, tomato, and onion. 2) twisted bread, 3) roast chicken in a cardboard box oven, and 4) soup.

スカウトたちは、①野菜の洗い、皮むき、カット班と、②火起こし班に分かれてそれぞれの役割を担いました。
The scouts were divided into two groups: 1) washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, and 2) making fire, and each group was responsible for their own role.

この日のメニューは、香港ではよく作られているようですが、私たち沖縄のスカウトにとっては、①の卵入り焼き（オレンジ、ジャガイモ、トマト、玉ねぎ）は初めて食べるものでしたが、スカウトたちは美味しい美味しいと喜んで食べました。
また、指導者や両親たちも初めての料理を目にして感心していました。
The menu for that day seems to be common in Hong Kong, but for us Okinawan scouts, the baked egg in orange, potato, tomato, and onion) were something we had never eaten before.
However, the scouts enjoyed it and said it was delicious. The leaders and parents were also impressed to see the dishes being prepared for the first time.

中井健団委員長は、２月８日（土）、１０：００～１７：００、沖縄県産業支援センターで開催された、沖縄の英語教育を考える会（大城浩会長）主催の「多文化共生」をテーマとした「第１６回英語教育を考えるフォーラム」に参加しました。


この日のサブテーマは「時代が求めるグルーカル人材とは」。
午前中は実践発表で、野中光Hello world代表による「まちなか留学の現状と今後の展望」、山元叔乃琉球大学准教授による「多文化交流の現状と今後の展望」が行われました。

午後は、菅澤郎かんざわ英進塾代表による「これからの時代に求められている人材育成の視点」と題した基調講演と、大城会長のコーディネイトによる上記３氏のパネルディスカッションが行われました。

シンポジュームに参加して、ボーイスカウト豊見城1団が日常行っているアメリカボーイスカウトとの交流活動が、「時代が求めるグローカルな人材」育成の一助になっていることを確信させられました。
